UNIQUENESS

Someone told me that UNIQUENESS is also a key to survive in College life. ( I also saw it in a book)
woah. I'm kind of excited with college things but I still don't want to cause, I'll be missing my friends.

Well, from what I've learned about her so-called experiences is that we need to take advantage of the uniqueness we have. No one else can take our place in this world. And we need to live our life to the fullest that you can because nobody else can live it for you.

Life gives you pretty much what you give it. It gives beauty to those who try to add to its beauty. It gives happiness to those who share their happiness. It gives even love to those who love. ^^

Always remember that: People are different from each other. No one is an exact copy of another. Each one is unique. :)

Laziness

HYBRID..

magtatagalog ako ngayon.

I woke up so early today! :) haha. (tagalog pala yan) So, pagkagising ko, nag-dimpo at nag-almusal ako. Sabay nag-computer at tsineck ang facebook at blog ko. Tapos, bigla kong naalala ang HYBRID. Lagi naman e. HYBRID stands for High Yeilding Buddies Representing Intelligence and Dignity. Oha!

Grief :(

  Stages of Grief

A Normal Life Process

At some point in our lives, each of us faces the loss of someone or something dear to us. The grief that follows such a loss can seem unbearable, but grief is actually a healing process. Grief is the emotional suffering we feel after a loss of some kind. The death of a loved one, loss of a limb, even intense disappointment can cause grief. Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross has named five stages of grief people go through following a serious loss. Sometimes people get stuck in one of the first four stages. Their lives can be painful until they move to the fifth stage - acceptance.

Five Stages Of Grief

  1. Denial and Isolation.
At first, we tend to deny the loss has taken place, and may withdraw from our usual social contacts. This stage may last a few moments, or longer.
  2. Anger.
The grieving person may then be furious at the person who inflicted the hurt (even if she's dead), or at the world, for letting it happen. He may be angry with himself for letting the event take place, even if, realistically, nothing could have stopped it.
  3. Bargaining.
Now the grieving person may make bargains with God, asking, "If I do this, will you take away the loss?"
  4. Depression.
The person feels numb, although anger and sadness may remain underneath.
  5. Acceptance.
This is when the anger, sadness and mourning have tapered off. The person simply accepts the reality of the loss.

Grief And Stress

During grief, it is common to have many conflicting feelings. Sorrow, anger, loneliness, sadness, shame, anxiety, and guilt often accompany serious losses. Having so many strong feelings can be very stressful.
Yet denying the feelings, and failing to work through the five stages of grief, is harder on the body and mind than going through them. When people suggest "looking on the bright side," or other ways of cutting off difficult feelings, the grieving person may feel pressured to hide or deny these emotions. Then it will take longer for healing to take place.

Recovering From Grief

Grieving and its stresses pass more quickly, with good self-care habits. It helps to have a close circle of family or friends. It also helps to eat a balanced diet, drink enough non-alcoholic fluids, get exercise and rest.
Most people are unprepared for grief, since so often, tragedy strikes suddenly, without warning. If good self-care habits are always practiced, it helps the person to deal with the pain and shock of loss until acceptance is reached.

                                                             we're always here. :)

Two of my best friends are now feeling lonely and sad. Im sorry. Im sorry that we can't comfort you the way you want us to do. Maybe, its because we're just trying to make you happy. And I guess we're really not HELPING. Maybe, you will think that we're not with you when you need us, but hell no! we're always here! You just need to think and trust us that in every ups and downs in your lives, WE are always here.

Yes, it is difficult to lose someone that's been a part of your life. People that we let in our lives without boundaries and make memories with them. And then, one day you'll wake up, we find them gone. But we always need to move on with our lives with those memories. Be happy and continue living for them.

We just need to Keep Moving Forward..

Atomic BOOOM!

Today, we had a very interesting Physics class. xD Interesting for we performed our own composition of songs which was entitled depending in our groups topic (which was randomly assigned). Unluckily my group (Group 6),  were the first to perform. Our performance was like KaBOOOM! BTW, our topic is about Atomic Bomb. We're not really ready or prepared. It's like our performance is on-the-spot. But atleast, our performance is appreciated by our teacher. :)

Our song goes like this.
With the tune of: Cholesterol by Willie Revillame

                                                           Atomic Bomb
                                 Atomic bomb releases nuclear energy
That comes from atoms core according to dictionary
Atomic fireball shooting at 360 feet per second
Where radioactive glass created by the heat of reaction

                                  Because of very high pressures
                                  Temperature and gaseous residues
Moved outward radially  from the center of explosion

Chorus:
Atomic bomb, atomic bomb exploded in Hiroshima
Nagasaki, United States then dropped into Japan
Atomic bomb, atomic bomb was tested in 1949
In Britain, France, China, to India and Pakistan
                                  Atomic bomb (3x)

A large part of destruction cuase by atomic explosion
Is due to blast effects, damaging without exception
However within a fraction after detonation
The fireball decreases, its extent rate expansion

Weee! It's so fun to sing it. :) I had fun today because of this Physics thing. Bum burumbum bum burum bum bass ATOMIC BOMB.. hehe..

                                              BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

SNITCH GIRLS :''>

This group of girls existed when we were still Juniors. It was composed of six pretty girls. Let me rephrase it, it was composed of six gorgeous girls. I really don't know when and how the group was made. As people can see, its like when those people hang out or got together, HAPPINESS is everywhere. They smile. They laugh. And they EAT alot. haha. They even have this game called SNITCH. Stepping one's foot. Isn't that weird? But yeah, I think its fun to play that game.

they're pretty right? I told you so.

                                                 it's my "BIRTHDAY". haha

I am proud to say that I am part of the group. Well, my friends made me happy everyday. I guess, my life is not complete without them. I am thankful to have them. How can I forget these people who had given me so much to remember? :"> Love you, guys.

turned out to be FUN!

Well yeah, I'm new at this blog thing. At first, I really don't want to have my own blog but for school reason, I made my own blog. Obviously. I don't know what will I do or what will I post also. But with  just a little bit of discovering of this and that... and BOOOM! I found myself having fun with this. haha! Soo, better have one too. (Endorsing?) and follow me. :)

Please be back to check my other posts. Or else...
